A Link to My Cast Iron Related Books

As requested:
If WAGS members or visitors are curious about the cast iron related cookbooks I write, a complete listing of them can be viewed from my Amazon Author Page. Amazon pushes e-books, but if you hover over one of the books and click on the book title in the popup, it will take you to the book’s Product Page where not only can you choose paperback or e-book, but you can click on the “Look Inside the Book” feature to get a preview of what is in each book. They are short books, 75-120 pages in length, written to introduce people to the specific types of cast iron cookware I use and recipes to make with them. The books are written to garner the broadest appeal. There are no eggs or dairy products used in the recipes, and the sweeteners used (if any) are of the least processed types, i.e., no granulated sugar, only maple syrup, sorghum, rice syrup, dates, or raisins. That means that the sweeteners I use are all produced within the US. The recipes in my books are not fake “cut and pasted” from the internet or fillers to make the books longer either. These are recipes I use every day at home. The inspirations for these books are my kids. They grew up eating these recipes, so I wrote the books to instruct them when they are away from home. Great Grandma and Grandma didn’t write down their recipes. They are lost to time. I didn’t want that to happen to my kids.
There is also a “Follow” link on the Author Page you can click to be notified of future book releases.
