I have a Child's rocking chair that I got when around 2or3 Like to get it to Clayton, NC for Great Grandson. Any ideas of the least costly way.

I haven't had to do a bunch of shipping for quite a few years, but I think that the major shippers still have websites that let you compute rates based on packaged dimensions, weight, and origin/destination.  I don't know what would be the cheapest, but if I wanted to find out, I'd measure it and weigh it, and get rates from those sites.  Even if you have to make educated guesses about some of the values, you could still use your guesses to compare among shippers.
