New guy with Question

I'm from Kentucky. I've had a Griswold 1003 Deep Fat Fryer with wire basket for a long time. I've shown it to a LOT of people and no one has ever seen one before It's chrome. Lots of people have seen regular 1003s but no one admits to ever seeing a chrome one. Am I just weird?

welcome!  I don't ever remember seeing a chrome one either. I have had several black cast iron ones.  Anyone???

Hello Leonard and welcome.

A picture of the top, side and bottom of your 1003 would be really neat to see !

Can't say I have seen any plated 1003's myself.

I am wondering if it is Chrome or Nickel plated.... <thinking out loud>  :smiley:
