The State of a 1975 Mail Order Business

Here is an interesting read when you have some time. The attachment is an opening letter which appears on page one of a 1975 (think oil crisis, recession, inflation, cheap imports beginning) mail order catalog. It details this seller’s “state of the union” at that point in time. So take a read when you can, and see if you can draw any parallels to the way things are now, or should I say, are still.
