Member electrolysis examples ?

Hello, all,

I've been on WAGS for almost a year now, and have been cleaning iron for about that much time also.  Recently I've been met with the opportunity to receive a large amount of antique iron/week and so I'm faced with coming up with a way to clean a large # of cast iron skillets quickly, each week. 

I've seen some really great examples of small tanks from Cheryl Watson and a few others, but cannot seem to find them with this new site format ?  Anyway, if anyone has the links I would appreciate it, as well as any comments about what kind of tank/setup would be best to clean a lot of iron at once.

How many pieces does your tank clean at once ?

Ken, the threads are gone... for now.
It is going to take a while to try and recover them.   
Even with my 55 gallon tank, I do 2 pieces max... to date,,, depending on size of the items being cleaned.

Ken, I have done up to 3 pieces at once, but I've found that there was some odd shadowing on the iron sides that face each other. That being said, I'm using a very simple 20 gallon tote and small manual battery charger with one sacrificial electrode (a piece of old bed frame angle iron). I only put one piece at a time through it any more. The turnaround time is much shorter and the results a world better.
