Hello Wes. As you now know, all fives are not created equal. The ones at that auction are called, I forget the name they are called, its easier for me to say 'squiggly' because the writing on them is that way. They are the old style ERIE. They made these in a five, two variations by the way, and also in the number nine size although the number nines don't bring much in comparison to the fives. So the rarity of those fives dictate the high price. And you also got just a plain five with big letter block and a smooth bottom. They are worth about twenty five dollars on a good day.
