Just don't know either. I would suspect, and that's all it is that the oven that started this thread is more likely a marriage but who knows for sure. Of the ones I have seen, Rogers is the only gated.

I suspect that mine is for sure a marriage at this point.  I noticed a small detail I had overlooked.  The lid on mine, like the one in the photo extends over the tab.  On mine the tab has a raised 8 that is maybe a 1/16" thick.  I don't think the original lid would do that.  I can't post a picture because my home computer died.  I will show you what I mean when I get things running again.

Troy, the owner says there are no gate marks on the DO or the lid.

Steve, I was reminded that in the foundries section that Ozark and Cresent are listed as separate foundries.  Should they not be combined, as it looks like Ozark might be a line made by Cresent?

As for it being a marriage, it is possible.  In seeing the pieces in person, casting seemed of the same quality.  In any case, I wish that I had found it!

Is it proper for the pix to be put in the foundries section?  As I recall, there was only one pix, and it was not of a DO.

Cheers, EDM
