Secondly, the values that the book gives for the lids is a little off. All of the lids generally tend to sell for more than "book value". Remember that the books are just guides and not always 100% accurate.
All of these lids do exist. I am positive that there are members here that can show photos of all of the sizes of them!
As far as the lids that you have mentioned, they are not common. There have been a few #3 high dome fully marked lids in the last year. Just two that I know of. One was with some cheap skillet and was painted blue, I think it went for just under $300, I can't remeber the others.
Moral of the story is that they are not very common, even on ebay. All of the sizes that you have listed just show up every now and then, so if you want one of those sizes you just have to wait it out. When they do show up so do the high bidders so they "almost always" bring a pretty penny.
