Rick, with our combined 65 plus years in LE, we can handle CPR.  We just have to be careful, as he has  outstanding warrants for escape, evasion, flight from justice and impersonating a railroad executive.  Mostly from KY, but he thinks he is safe in OH.  Fugitive Task Force is on the case.

Ellis, are you the person who is sending me them phony cast iron auction notices? If so, I thought it might be you, trying to get me to a place so you won't have to extradite me. Ellis, I know you and them REAL Law Enforcement Officers are somehow tight, unlike me, they ain't on to you, YET.

I am gettin kind of worried though, that Rick sounds like he might have some Hillbilly blood in him. While its one thing to dodge in and out of them hills and avoid a city slicker like you Ellis, BUT, when you're a Hillbilly, and you got a Hillbilly tracker on you, that could be another story.  :o

Just so you know Ellis, I'm writin this from North Dakota.
