Radiation would be a concern but I wonder if it is any greater than the luminous hand on your wrist watch.

On a well seasoned pan I cannot believe there is anything in the metal that would get through to your food.  Certainly not like a teflon pan.

I find that Taiwanese pans are usually not made well and will often warp when heated.

But really Brad this is not the forum to ask that question and expect an unbiased response.
