I just got a Plett pan recently and had to try it out. I think the recipe I used was a larger version of the one posted as I was at it for quite awhile and had a huge stack of them when all was done. Stuck some in the freezer but they didn't stay in there for more than a couple of hours before we realized we were going to wind up eating all of them over the course of a couple of days, and there's just the 2 of us!
It was really tasty, and fun once I got the pan heated right- cranked 'em out!
