More Toys to Play with!
« on: January 31, 2014, 01:57:09 PM »
I am trying to get my inventory and picture inventory up to date, which is a mammoth task, believe me... I've been occupied elsewhere for a long time.   ;) ;)

So, while I am in picture taking mode thought I'd share my newest arrivals.

Lots of cleaning and restoring in the very near future.

So... newest TOYS First...

Finally snagged a NIB Wagner 1891 Set, at a price I could live with, AND a newspaper advertisement was enclosed... Nice to have for Down the Road.

Cheryl,
I remember way back when I joined WAGS one of the posts was you could order the 1891 toy set from Wagner for $25.00 including shipping. That's when I got mine.
OB ;D

Brian, the newspaper ad that came in the box, was to send a cash register receipt showing at least $20 in purchases of WAGNER cast iron, along with a check for $25 to Wagner's 100 year Anniversary Set, etc.

So these must have been a special for sales incentive.. dated May 21, 1991.
