today i bought a big lot of iron for 1000 i think i got a ok deal heres what i got

Griswold # 11 lid full writing

Now comes the fun part,,,
Holding breath when cleaning and hoping for no condition issues.
It's a shame to see fire damage on the #3 Indian... :'(

The weather needs to warm up so i can set up my lye bath agian might be a month or two before i can get these cleaned

Hello Matthew. I'll say one thing, you ain't afraid to throw a thousand dollars down for cast iron, and thats very admirable if you ask me. Some folks don't realize what some of this stuff brings, or is worth. I think you did just fine and thats the way you want to buy it, IF YOU CAN. By that I mean dirty and needing cleaned.

I wanted a # 11 Griswold Lid and they bring 400-450 almost every time i try to bid on one on ebay so i figured if they rest clean up good all come out pretty good.
