[size=14]To Calm some of the Current Hysteria over the fact that the Red Book has not been available for several months, not even from Schiffer Publishing:

          I just finished talking with Schiffer Publishing, and the Red Book HAS been reprinted and expected delivery is August 23, 2017.   Orders are still being taken on their online store (pre-orders) and I was assured that the new printing will MORE than cover any and all existing pre-orders.

Don't let yourself be scammed by high, price gouging sales out in Internet Land.  More are on the way!![/size]
