Welcome to WAGS, Phil! You'll find great resources and people here. In addition to reading all the great threads on the forum, be sure to take a look at the many issues of The Casting Call newsletter, as well as the older issues of Kettles n Cookware. Loads of in-depth cast iron articles in these publications.

I'm very grateful to be a part of this group!  It's been a long time coming, I've heard so many good things.  I hope to be involved much more one day but for now will be burying my nose in my laptop and doing a lot of reading and referencing.   I recognize some names around the group but I know from limited experience, how much depth of knowledge is really out there.  Excited to navigate the site.  Thank you for the welcome.  Phil
