Not too long ago you could buy the Griswold small logo number twelves for fifty dollars. Yes the price of cast iron is going up. But 285.00, nah, thats way too much.  :o :o :o

I see two idiots were bidding on it. A sellers dream.  ;D

I had a Gris 12 small TM skillet on CL. No one in the area that could pick it up thought it was worth eighty dollars, and apparently I know nothing of iron according to CL buyers. :) They would all be told thanks for the fifty dollar offer, give ebay a try!!. Had many out of state willing to pay but my whole intention is to avoid shipping. Maybe I should ask $200 ::)

Hello Ed. Yes you are right. Ask $200.00 and let them beat you down to 175.00.  ;)

Also I think that in todays market eighty dollars is PLENTY CHEAP for that skillet. You can't beat them. They are nice pieces. Somebody on here ought to buy it in fact.  :-/
