This is my first time to see a logo like this one.

Looks grainy on the outside, not a thin casting, don't like the handle or the logo. the only thing that I can see is that it is finished on the inside.

I too have never seen the Griswold name without the cross in the circle.   Wagner made and different.

I forgot to mention that I've never seen a handle with what appears to be a reinforcement like that one either?

Made for an April fools joke? Maybe some guy on the line mixed an old handle mold with a newer pan to flip out his quality control guy.  

If you had access to all the molds that Griwold and Wagner used and the sand and hot metal you could make all kinds of funky goverment work stuff.

I've seen a few differnt types of custom work come out of the local shops that build Stainless steel comercial stoves and cookware. Some if it is pretty neet. And you could never aford to have it custom built, but if it goes out the side door, it is more affordible.
