Did you know-
A 1940 Griswold catalog shows the line of "Iron Mountain Cooking Utensils-Polished Cast Iron" and the same line on the opposite page as "Unground Cooking Utensils-Plain Cast Iron"
The two lines look exactly the same with the same Iron Mountain handles and in all the same sizes and types of pieces but the second line is, apparently, unground. I would expect the long griddles to be exactly the same since neither would have been ground. No paper labels are shown on the unground line but they are on the IM line.
