"WAGNER" #9 Deep Skillet
« on: June 04, 2005, 05:44:37 PM »
I've got a Wagner #9 deep skillet with just the block letter "WAGNER" logo.  This is the first one I've ever seen.  The skillet has a reinforcing rib around the top outside edge and also reinforcement where the skillet attaches to the handle like the old Erie skillets.  Is this common on the older block letter "WAGNER" logo skillets?  I've seen some other "Wagner" logo skillets but never paid any attention to them.   :D

Jerry, the number 8,11 and 12 that I have all have that.  I think they are all like that.  They are great skillets  ;)

I think all the earliest Wagner skillets have the reinforced top rim and handle attachment.  I have a No.8 deep skillet like that with only WAGNER and the number 8 on the bottom.  These are my favorite Wagner skillets.
