Who made this skillet ?

I was asked if I could clean this skillet up and identify it? - well it is now clean and I need help!  Who made it, and about when?

Al, is it just my view and the camera angles or is the hammering style of the skillet and lid different?  Mike

Hope Ed A. sees this, he is the hammered iron expert.

Mike I am sure it is a set - not the best hammered finish I have seem.

Chris, there are no markings of any kind except the #5 on the handle ?

Looks like it's another CHF variation. The basting ridges look like CHF cover, and I have marked skillets with this style of hammering. However I have no CHF #5s with this style handle. Al if this skillet is for sale or trade I'd like a shot at it.... Ed

Ed, I think you could be right as this skillet is paired with the one we talked about several weeks ago - the one with the triangle "A" marking and nothing else (deep, 11" diameter).  I am sorry but this neither of these skillets are for sale - I am cleaning them for a friend of my sons.
