Information on "Cooks" skillet

I am interested in learning something about this "Cooks" skillet.  I had never seen one before this.  Any info would be appreciated.  Thanks!

I think I saw those at Target. You do know Lodge is the only real cast iron cookware foundry left in the US? Your looks to be from our Oriental friends.
