I love cooking in all my pieces, including Gris, Wagner, Wapak, and newer Lodge, but I had to select Other. My go-to's are my vintage Canadian pieces. The ones I use on a daily basis are my #8 T Eaton Co skillet, 11" Findlay griddle which is smoother than glass, and some other Smart Brockville (old logo) and GSW skillets. I do use Lodge DO's regularly also, which I love, but nothing gets in front of my Canadian pieces!  :)

I'm going to have to echo some of Mike's coments above.. now that i've actually tried various brands,      Smart's diamond HR logo pan, if you haven't tried one,,   i suggest you do :)

And  finally broke in my old gatemark tonight, I  smiled thru the whole cooking process

25 years ago I would of said Griswold.
I remember putting a set of Wapak Indian head skillets together. It took me seven years. They were my best for a while.
O. P. @ Co. Reading Pa., are light weight and are nice like ERIE.
I like Favorite, they even brag they are "THE BEST TO COOK IN".
Those hammered CHF  skillets are really neat.
Maybe Lodge is the best, they outlasted   Wagner and still going strong.
How can you beat the bottom gated skillets. They are my pick and are  the best of the best.

The more I keep seeing them fancy handle skillets the more I like them.

I really Like piqua favorite smiley's. I  use a #5 and #14 all the time! The stylized Wagners with size numbers are great too. I  use a #6 along with the 5 and 14! I have 2-#8 and 3-#9 ERIE'S that I have not used, but would probably like these too! The thin walled and lighter weight skillets are the way to go!
