A friend of mine has this cauldron, Does anyone have any info on it?

It has the Duck emblem on the side and "Made in England" on the bottom.

Hi Greg, the logo is an Albatross. Underneath it usually says that. Made in England, as you pointed out...there was talk at one time that possibly Swain could have made them, but don't know if that was ever proven.  That's all I have on it.  :) A picture of the logo...underneath you can just make out the name. I had other pics, but have since deleted them. Also, picture of the bottom.
