Awesome!! Looks like Scott has used a mairs before. :)
SO why in all those pictures is he the only one working. Oh and Roger shows you his best side in that last picture. ;D ;D ;D
Have fun everyone.
Just the breaks of the game, someone had to do pictures.
I got to the park at 1pm, after food shoping. Sandy and Perry were already there, Scott and Roger made it in good time about 3pm. then it took an hour to unload/setup, and start some charcoal. The 2 10lb hams went in the Maca CO at 2pm, then it was non stop doing the bread dough for 3 batches of dinner rolls, washing and pealing 10lbs of potatoes and 3 large red onions, heating and mixing the sause for the scallop potatoes. Then mixing the corn & macoronie for the casolole, heating the beans, mixing the batter for the peach cobler. then heating/mixing the glaze for the hams.
Afterwards, it took another hour to clean up and load everything back in the car.
We came out perty good, lots of food with very very little leftovers. Consumed 1 1/2 18lb bags of charcoal.
