A BIG Welcome to both Daphne and Barry, from N.W. Pa.  Good to have you both aboard. The data base and subjects covered here are second to none. May take some time to get through it all...have fun! :)

A warm welcome to both of you. 

This is a great place to learn all things cast iron and aluminum cookware.  Lots of knowledgeable people here, too.  I'm not one of them, but I've certainly done my share of brain-picking over the years!
