Does anyone know if Lodge made some of the El Paso Chile Co  marked fajita skillets?

Based on the handle design of yours, I would say Lodge did NOT make that one. I would say that the same company that made the imported Tabasco oval skillet made yours.

I believe this company was established in 1982 and went bankrupt in 2008

The Tobasco pans I have seen all say Made in China on the bottom, this one is not marked made in china

Here's one that only has Made In China on the back. They all have similar handles that are different than Lodge.

It is the underside of the handle of the pan in the original question that does not look Lodge. That is not distinguishable in the Lodge pan you posted. Have you compared physical measurements of the oval body with that of a USA made pieces?

I do not see the difference in the underside of the handle,
I do not have a physical example of a Lodge to measure or compare them.

I agree, The back of the handle of the pan you are showing is different, however the back of the pan I referenced looks identical.
The pan you show has a flattened handle, The one I referenced does not, It is rounded
