Let's Welcome Douglas to WAGS
« on: March 03, 2024, 08:51:41 PM »
How about a BIG WAGS WELCOME to Douglas Holt who hails from Harrison, Maine.  Douglas has been collecting for about a year now and likes pre 1960 cast iron.  Let's give him all the help we can.  Douglas, you have come to the right place to learn all about older cast iron.  There are a lot of resources here for you to look at, from past history, to restoration, to cooking in that newly restored cast iron.  Look around and see what you think.  If you have any comments or questions, just post away and someone should get back to you.  ENJOY!!!

Welcome Again,      :icon_bananas:  :welcome:  :icon_bananas:

Welcome to WAGS, Douglas.  WAGS is a great place to learn about cast iron, particularly the older brands.

Welcome, Douglas, from the middle of Kansas.
I'm pretty new here too.
I don't contribute much because the knowledge that these folks have is beyond me.
I just try to soak up as much of the history as I can.
And they let me hang around and do so. Great folks, they are. Great place.

Welcome to WAGS, Douglas, glad to have you join us.

There's always something new to learn about cast iron and cast aluminum on the Forum... I've been hanging around here over 15 years and I learn something every time I log on.
