I recently acquired a set of Lady Bess. Happily, some of the paperwork was still with the set Here is a scan of the hang tag. The printing on the back is TINY.

I think I can only attach three photos here, so this will be a two-part post. Here is a scan of the brochure that was included in the Lady Bess set.

I put this together to share over on Facebook and almost forgot to post it here.
An easy Quick Reference based on information found in the 1978-79 Pricelist!

I also have it in a spread sheet form... but I'll stick with the pretty picture for now.  Took a while to assemble. :)

NOW this is real fun!  As you look at the pictures as they post below, watch how some of the top line of numbers (NO. X) on the bottom of some pieces, do not match the Item Nos. on the price list.  Were the Dealer Price List Items listed incorrectly, or did the Item numbers change? Or did the Pattern Shop do a big boo-boo?
So far it looks like the Skillet Numbers and Sauce Pan numbers were switched?
I will be adding Pattern numbers to the list... wonder if those will stay consistent?   :P

Cheryl, where did the item # in your chart for the small fry skillet come from (5x5-SS)?
The real life item has the number 68H-1 on it. Other Lady Bess items I have seen also have numbers more in line with that I have listed for the small fry.

Russell, from the 1978-79 Price List .

I believe the 68 H-1 is a pattern number.

It is consistent with pattern number changes within the entire Century Product line.

Still tracking these pieces. I was a bit startled to see this in the Lady Bess line. :)

The Item No. in 1978.... 5x5 SS
In 1987.. 5x5 SSK

This item was continued after the Lady Bess Line was discontinued.

It was during the 1978-79 time frame that the #7 skillet became the #8B skillet, and a change in Pattern numbering system is obvious.
I believe this was the result of new Disa's. (Dwayne, double check me on this :) )  The size change allowed them to run 2 skillets on one pattern. (2 up)

While FB land is trying to identify and track the Lady Bess by the pattern numbers, I don't know that it's the best way to do it, since the item number is already cast into the piece, and I haven't yet decoded that newer pattern number system.

I have a ton of information to upload yet, to this board, and the Foundry Pages... with quite a bit of information from Hugh Rushing from this time period.
