Here is a late Century No. 8-B (7) BSR iron skillet lid. The inside of this lid had suffered from neglect before its restoration, plus it has a casting defect on the topside. Regardless, I wanted to clean it up and show it here; since I hadn’t seen one before. It cleaned up well, and it looks nice. The lid will not fit a Red Mountain #7 or #8 skillet, but it makes a reasonable fit for current Lodge #8 skillets as well as a Lodge 8DO. Now all I need is the BSR skillet for a matching pair.
