I'm looking at what most call the Blue Book, the book of Griswold and Wagner.
The Red Book, the book of Wagner and Griswold, is by the same authors. I just discovered that the Red Book does not show the aebleskiver or plett pans, not even the wafer irons. A real surprise to me. (or if someone can point out the pages, I would appreciate it.)
As far as a value on yours without the logo, I would expect it to be about the same as Brian stated, or maybe a little lower since only a specialist would know it is Wagner. The didn't have their logo on LOTS of items they made.
Your pan should be among the best of the Wagner castings. Smooth like glass.
