Hey guys,
Don't mean to boast, but this was too good... I was at an auction today and got some misc. iron pieces, all for good prices. Then I found a stack of small Logos with this #5 thrown in there. I was sweating when they started the bidding and then I just about grabbed it and ran away giggling as I got the final bid at $5.00. So what do ya think? ** Also note: Absolutely no wobble, no pitting, and as the pics will show the cooking surface is like glass and I haven't even begun to clean it yet. I'll post more pics once it takes and electro bath and gets a nice new seasoning..... Enjoy... ;D

FIFTY DOLLARS :o Will, I know thats a lie. If you spent 50.00 on cast iron you could make a 3/4 ton pickup truck go down on the overload springs. ;D ;D ;D

Thanks guys and gals, ;D I couldn't agree with you more. Bargains are out there, and now I'm hooked on going to auctions again. :P It also made my mind up for me what I want my next complete set to be. Finishing my Large Block Smooth bottoms right now, and I was debating on which to persue next. I suppose this will make a good start to my Large block with HR set. :)

Jake, I got a lot of pieces of cast iron, but I only got one little number five like you got there. You ain't gonna find them everyday, at any price, let alone what you got in it. You may want to start a set of them. If so, you sure got a good start. The tough ones in that set are the 2, 4, 5, 11, 13, and 20. You get them six, the rest of them is a piece of cake. ;)
