Wagner Skillet?
« on: September 21, 2003, 10:48:16 PM »
Family owned Wagner skillet. It has Wagner Ware Sidney -O- and Patent Pending on bottom with 1401 C. Appears to be nickel plated. Very heavy. Could this be from a double skillet? 8)Would appreciate anything you could tell me.

Thanks

Marilyn,
Yes, you are right that is part of a double skillet per that part number.

I would keep that skillet in the family, be fun looking for the outher half. this would be easier than finding the outher half of a broken arrowhead that you found in a field. ;D I have the 1402 bottom nickle plated , looking for the top. I also have the Griswold # 800 top and the #80 top cast iron, You would think that this would be to find one or the outher? Good luck on the hunt.

:D Thanks for the reply. I guess I will keep it in the family and spend my time hunting for the other half.  ;D
