what kind of skillets?

I have "cooked" several pieces in the electro bath now. Have 2 wagners a wardsway and a vollrath ware piece. I have 2 skillets that are marked with an "r" on the bottom and bottom of handle, #3 and 5. can u tell me what make they are?

Hello and welcome. My first question would be if they have a heat ring? If so are there any notches in it or are is it one solid ring.

as i look closer........the 3 has 51/2 inch skillet and R on the bottom and R on the handle....the 5 has 8 inch skillet and S on the bottom and S on the handle.

Robert, without seeing some photos I think they might be Wagner c.1960's.  During that time Wagner marked skillets in 'inch' sizes.  The letters, if quite small, would be pattern letters which are insignificant to us collectors.

I need to get photos I know. I have several pieces I would like to I.D. just for curisoty sake...It is surely fun to put in s.s tub and hook up to batt.charger and than see what comes out.I had several cresant wrenches cooking today and amazed how they turn out.There is alot alot alot of info on this site..thank you

Robert, if you got your electro setup in a Stainless Steel barrel or container, you got a good setup, a cadillac, and should be getting excellent results. The others work just as good, it just takes a little experimenting to make it work better.
