Here are the pics and size that you asked for. :)

Heat Ring: 8"
Bottom inside: 9"
Spouts: 11 1/8" (measured to the outside of pan)
Top (not at spouts) 10 3/4"
Bottom: 9 1/2"
Top, to end of handle: 15 1/4"

Tom, I made a mistake in measuring...the top, not at the spouts is 10 and 5/8 inches....I'm sorry!

Ah...no...the walls on this one are fairly thin for a BS&R! :)

It's 2" deep.
