Skillet Rack?

Not sure what this goes to but looks like a skillet rack of some sort. Any ideas?

Some of the Griswold enamel pieces came with these rubber coated steel racks. I've seen a Griswold casserole set with rectangular pans that was in a rack like this and came from the estate of a Griswold employee who's wife said her husband had brought the enamelware and the holder home as a set. Can't say much for sure beyond the story I was told about it.
