A.B.C. plate
« on: March 18, 2010, 07:24:44 PM »
At a good price from a picker friend of mine. Been looking for this a long tine. R B page 117 , top left #336 stylezed logo.  :) Does it count as a find if I get it from a picker? I did find the picker. That same morning at the SDI a unmarked bacon & egg sk. at a good price, of course (unmarked). Than at a auction I got a #8 unmarked 3 hole shallow sk. It is being cleaned now, and I sware that it has a gost ERIE on it. It is thare but hard to see. That was a Wensday. And things are going to get better with the weather as it is.
 So happying you all

Clark I think that it would count as a find if and only if you could sell the picker friend of yours!   ;D  If you can't sell him then you are going to have to settle for this being an acquisition.

That is a nice find on the plate!!  There are a million ABC plates out there but you just don't ever see them marked Wagner or made of aluminum for that matter.

I hope you will post some photos of your 3 hole skillet as I love every one that I see and have never seen an unmarked one.

There are also variations of this plate marked Happy Birthday without a PN and one marked for the Smithsonian. Nice find Clark.
