I did manage to clean some iron....
So, I'll show it off, a little bit at a time..

No. 32 Danish Cake Pan, Variation 2 on left, Variation 5 on Right

Wagner Toy TK, Aluminum... needs some extra polishing down the road

Griswold Skillet Griddle 108, LB, 201.

(and I just picked up a 109/202 Slant... sigh, a different set to put together)  ;D

Very nice work. were the aebleskiver pans factory painted? I have a very dirty one to clean, it looks like old black paint in some areas, maybe just old hard grease. Will put it in electrolysis  tank soon, thanks

The Aebleskiver pans shown above are fully restored and have oil only on the surface. These were seasoned with Mineral Oil.

Waffle Iron Bases are about the only pieces Of CI cookware, that came from the factory with a paint like finish, called Japanning.  The paddles were not coated<,japanned> however.
