I would  never ever, even at gunpoint try to strip and reseason that pan. If I did that half my family members would come back and whoop me

Ain't that the truth. ;D  It is so cool to have the history of a piece like that.  If it were me, money couldn't touch it. I get the feeling you're the same.   ;)
