Couldn't help myself, here is one of the Wright bundt cakes with a Raspberry jam glaze.  This is my plain iron pan.  The one above is Ironstone coated.

Christmas Pan, 1990s, since it is not marked USA, I believe it is made in China.  Wright did outsource a bit to China in the 1990s to early 2000s.  Not quite the same quality as the USA pans.

Thanks for posting those Tom. I’m glad to see you use the iron cake pan. I sure would like to find one of those plain iron pans. I have never seen the Jack O Lantern pan before, and I really appreciate you taking the time to post that. It reminded me that I forgot to post my LL Bean/JW acorn pan photos. So here they are.

I'll get the rest up shortly.  Glad to see the Acorn pan, I couldn't find my pictures.  Forgot it was Bean.   I finally bought the pumpkin from Wright.  Kept watching for it on eBay and it was way too expensive.  Think I got it sometime after 2005.  Another one I'm looking for that I have is the Sea Creatures.  Again, uncommon.  Do you want to include the Chateau Gingerbread pans?  That not the one you see all the time.

I only have the gingerbread man mold posted earlier. If you have the various house molds, please post what you have some time.
Thanks.

Nice animal puzzle pictures, Lewis.  The pan is indeed 1984 and USA made.

Here's what the cookies look like.  It's a tough pan to learn to use, but gives spectacular results.  I spray the pan with PAM with Flour (too lazy to put the flour on separate).  The dough is a stiff shortbread.  Press it tightly into the mold.  I run a bread knife along the top of the pan to even it out when I have them all packed.

Getting the cookies out is a trick and requires a bit of patience.  You allow them to cool about 10 minutes or more in the pan.  I then take the tip of a steak or paring knife and carefully pry up along the edges of each cookie to kind of wiggle them up and out.  The elephant's trunk and billy goats horns are among the toughest to get out.  Lots of fun with the kids.

I did make chocolate ones, but they are tough to tell when the are baked.

Tom, do you recall if the JW acorn pan is plain iron, or is it coated with the silver Ultralon or Iron Clad?

The Chateau 1993 USA

This one is fun to make and about 3 times the size of the common one.

Wright sometimes still makes and sells these around the Holidays.  Otherwise quite tough to find.

The Gingerbread Accessories 1998.  Made in USA
Goes well with the Chateau.  Really tough to find unless on the Wright website.

And finally, for today, another tough gingerbread house to find.  Made for LL Bean in 1993.  The Teddy Bear Cabin.

There are just a couple other common muffin pans that haven't been posted.  I will once I run across a clean one in my piles.  The Four Season (like 1/2 of a Reid's Pan) and the mini muffin, looks kind of like the Griswold heart star muffin pan.

Finally got new pictures of the John Wright California Acorn Pan.  Doesn't look like it, but the pan is black iron.

Nobody that has seen the Lodge pan should not get it confused.  The Lodge acorns almost touch the edges of the pan.  The Lodge pan is significantly larger.  I don't have dimensions for it.

The Wright pan is 10 13/16" long, not counting handles, and 7 11/16" wide.
