Teaser: I know what it is, do you?

they were sold on the east coast as eel cookers. Placed over a pan of boiling water, the eels were coiled around the ribs to keep them from curling while cooking. Easy to pour off the grease( eels are quite oily). Found the ad in an old catalog reprint. Tried it once with sausage, not bad. Sue

I took advice on how to clean our camping dutch oven from this site and it cleaned up really well.

I picked-up this piece over the weekend.  I've been looking for a nice Griswold round griddle.  I saw this one and I decided to spring for it since I haven't seen many with the Sindey O script.  It has some pitting on the bottom but the top is in good shape.  I could be a sucker for getting this but I couldn't help myself!  It should make a nice user...
