I got this Cox, Whiteman & Cox waffle iron last weekend.  It's in pretty decent shape.  I haven't seen too many of these in my short time as a cast iron enthusiast.

Aebleskiver pan (about 10" in diameter), with a nice looking handle marked with the number '7' :

I just bought these at a farm auction last Saturday as a set. Took them home and cleaned them up as my first restoration product ever. I still have some seasoning to do, and don't know anything about this piece but it is in good shape and I plan on using it when seasoning is complete. What do you think?

Hi,
Just wanted to show off a find that I'm pretty proud of.  Found this in an atique shop all crusted and caked for only $4.00!  Took it home, cleaned it up and this is what I saw! ;)

Will try to post 4 pix of CI pieces I found in 2012. Not the most exciting pieces, but have to take what is available up here in beautiful PNW, and I didn't have them in any course, so home with me they came last year.

Pix # 1, Axford Broiler.  Has PAT. PENDING on top of handle.

Pix #2

My Wapak #3 Indian Head.  Was in a stack of 8-10 size 3 skillets.  50% sale in the store, so got it for $10.

The Wagner National #7 was so crudded over that the only thing sort of visible was the 7 on the handle.  Nice surprise whan cleaned up.

Here's my modest collection: (Part 1)

Griswold's Erie #3 scotch bowl
Unmarked Lodge #8 DO
Griswold Block EPU #8 DO with button logo lid (with ceramic coating - love it!)
Wagner #9 round griddle
Wagner smooth bottom skillets #3-#8, missing #7 .. I'm looking at a #7 on Ebay, and have a #10 in the lye bath

Part 2

Griswold "The American" waffle iron
Wagner #8 cast aluminum DO
Modern Lodge grill pan
Modern Lodge BSA camp oven

I purchased the lodge camp oven several years ago, but never really knew how to take care of it. Last August, it got a bit rusty, and I went online to see how to repair these things. I landed on a bunch of vintage CI sites (including this one), was fascinated by vintage CI, cleaned and seasoned my camp oven, then bought the round griddle on Ebay the same day. It's snowballed a bit since... Thanks everyone for all your input during my journey. :)
