Our wallet/checkbook was hit a little hard today too!!

A #12, block logo, EPU...

A #12 LID for that beast above...

The happy couple together at last...

A very nice #11, block EPU...

A #7 and #9 round griddles...the #9 has a great handle!...

Much to my dismay Gomez wouldn't give on the breakfast skillet, and when he did it was GONE, or the the omelet pan...but it was a great swap meet.   :)

Wow, nice Katrina, and your cast iron don't look bad either. ;) :)

Now don't tell Gomez I said that, I don't want him usin that number 12, complete with lid, on my head.  ;D Those are nice buys Katrina. The first nice big Griswold I bought was a number 12, Large Block Logo, it was a beauty and I gave 100.00 for it. But it took me a a long time to get a lid for it though, so you are doin good.

OH, and Katrina, our boy Gomez, now are you saying he was a bad boy last night?  ;D Of course thats a great big part of the fun, meeting everyone and socializing.

And while you all are there, can you pass the hat around for donations? Greg Stahl needs a hair cut, while you are at it, just cut them all.  ;D

Well well well.... I used to have the only known #17 oval fish skillet.  Ann and Cal found another one.  So that makes 2 that are known to exist.  They got theirs for a lot less money, but it looks just like mine.

Well,  don't that just suck.   You should buy it for lots more to keep the value of yours up. ;)  Just kidding.   But it would work.

Perry,

The #12 skillet and lid are beauties!  Roger was kind enough to agree to ship us all the goodies we bought.  Michelle didn't have to twist Gomez's arm too hard to take both those griddles which took the pressure off me having to do it, thanks Michelle!!  LOL   8-)

Our boy Gomez had a great time chatting with Joel, Dan, Jeff and Scott. Rumor has it that Sandy Glenn had to toss them out of the hospitality room at closing time.   ;D  Gomez was definitely feeling a little fuzzy this morning.   :-?

I'll see about the collection for a haircut at dinner tonight!

Katrina, that was nice of Roger. And Michelle, she is good people. Dont' tell her I said that though.  ;D

And Katrina, make sure our boy Gomez stays the straight and narrow now. I am expecting a full report in triplicate, double spaced, on my desk first thing Monday morning from him.

And when you pass that hat for Greg Stahls haircut, put me in a 2.00 IOU.  ;D

Katrina you and Gomez are getting to see some good iron there. That number 17 oval fish skillet Greg is talking about is a rare bird. I have a 16 1/2 which is not too common either.

Last year John Knapp brought his collection of number 1 Griswold skillets. One of them is SUPER RARE, but to see that many, at one time, I'd say, is a once in a lifetime opportunity. I took plenty pictures, even got one framed of them.

Will, there are now twice as many of those #17 oval fish skillets  out there so I would expect the value to be about 1/2 of what it was last week.  ;) ;D ;D  They even made Greg open an unmarked box in front of everyone to show it.  ::)Mike

Poor Greg.   I would have walked off with it claiming it was mine. ::)

well when I opened the box and saw the handle, I knew someone had found another #17 oval skillet.  There must be more out there
