Here is a picture of just the handle of the skillet that Roger showed....the one with the heart shaped handle. Michelle certainly did have a nice display of unusual skillets....very pretty. I don't think I have ever found a skillet that has a fancy handle on it. I'll just have to keep searching. I sure did enjoy everyone's "Favorite Display" tables. They were a great representation of the quality iron that can be found, and it was so nice to see it all cleaned up and brought back to life. Great Job ya'll.

How exactly does a vapor griddle work?? I am assuming that the bottom was place over a stove eye to allow for even heat distribution across the surface of the griddle??

Daniel, what have you got in that cart? It looks like great big cable we use on the railroad, to pull a boxcar when the knuckle is broke, or to hook a bulldozer to. I doubt it it is that, but thats what it looks like.

Also, what were the goodies that were found at Canton? I see iron, but what kind is it? I see somebody found a fish skillet. What size is it?
